What Makes Amethyst Your Better Choice

"Helping You Live a Full and Enjoyable Life without Drugs or Alcohol"

Addressing More then Just Addiction

Substance abuse goes beyond just the drugs and alcohol put into a person’s body. People use substances to help feel better and cope with difficulties in life. While each person is unique, often times the DEEPER CAUSE needs to be addresses. We help you get to the core of the problem to overcome addiction.

It’s not just about coping, it’s about enjoying life!

When you come to Amethyst for substance rehabilitation, we help you learn how to enjoy life without drugs and alcohol. This means having fun with friends, caring relationships with family, and contributing to your community.

Bring your loved ones into your recovery

It’s important to bring your family into the recovery process. We communicate with them and give them tools to help support your recovery as you return home.

Faith Based Programs Available

We make it easy to get sober with the help of a power greater then yourself. Our Alpha Series program focuses on the bible and scripture, excellent for those who consider themselves Christians. This is an optional program track.

Explore Our Treatment Approaches

CUSTOMIZED TREATMENT PLANS

Everyone is unique and enters treatment under a different set of circumstances. Our experienced masters-level clinicians will custom tailor the right treatment plan for you.

TRAUMA RESOLUTION

Associative Awareness Therapy (AAT) uses the brain’s ability to adapt to change in a healing way, essentially “retraining” the brain to respond differently to familiar memories of trauma or pain.

EMDR THERAPY

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing stimulates the brain as a client recounts certain experiences and memories as a way to more thoroughly process feelings.

HOLISTIC THERAPY

In addition to counseling, we also offer a wellness program that treats the physical body as a whole. Additional services include yoga, massage therapy, acupuncture, and bio-sound therapy.

SPIRITUAL-BASED APPROACH

For many who suffer from alcoholism and addiction, a spiritual-based approach to treatment and a renewed faith can be one of many critical keys to achieving long term sobriety.

FAMILY PARTICIPATION

Family plays a major role in the successful recovery from addiction. Participation from loved ones is greatly encouraged, and our therapists will facilitate family therapy when requested.
